To fill-in Boxes 1 to 12, place your mouse cursor
on each of the Dropdown Menu boxes and select the appropriate item/number. Then highlight each of the remaining boxes as appropriate and fill in the requested data. After completing this step, if all ok, select Submit Button and your order will be processed and ready on your selected date and time.
Telephone orders received by 9:00 AM will be ready for pick-up after 11:15 AM same day. Telephone orders received after 9:00 AM and before 11:00 AM will be available for pick-up after 12:15 noon same day. Orders marked for delivery, must be received by no later than 10:00 AM for same day afternoon delivery or as otherwise stated by management at time of order.
